At Cornerstone Housing Solutions (CHS), our mission is:

We’re dedicated to helping veterans and seniors find affordable housing through shared and private rooms. We believe that when our clients have access to safe and suitable housing, it empowers them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Beyond housing solutions, we can connect our clients to additional programs and services that may meet their needs.
Overall, our goal is to make a positive impact on veterans and seniors in our community. By “helping our heroes into homes,” we empower them to regain stability, foster independence, and enrich their lives with a sense of belonging and purpose.
HOUSING SOLUTIONS IN ONLY (3) STEPS
At CHS, there’s no need to provide rental or credit history, and you don’t need to prove you make 3x the rent! Our primary criteria are:
NO VIOLENT CRIME CONVICTIONS, DRUG-FREE, DRAMA-FREE, NO ALCOHOL ABUSE, NO PETS & SINGLE PERSON OCCUPANCY ONLY & MUST BE WILLING TO CONDENSE PERSONAL ITEMS.
To help us determine if our services are a good fit for you, you must complete the INSTANT APPLY form. If we wish to proceed, you will be emailed a prescreen form to complete online. This will allow us to assess your needs and proceed accordingly.
Once the prescreen form is completed and approved, you will be added to our waiting list. Depending on demand, finding housing may take 30-60 days, although sometimes the waiting period may be shorter or longer.
When your name reaches the top of the waiting list, we will conduct a background check, verify your income, and finalize your application. At this stage, it will also be time to pay your deposit and the first month's rent to secure your move-in.
